Welcome to the Center for Civic Leadership! 

We offer a range of courses and experiential opportunities designed to develop your civic leadership capacities throughout your four years at Rice and beyond. Our programs are open to all Rice undergraduates and tiered in three levels, LEARN-ACT-CREATE CHANGE, to ensure that you progressively and intentionally build your leadership knowledge and skills. If you desire greater depth and intentionality in your leadership development, consider pursuing the Certificate in Civic Leadership.
