To apply to be a HPC Coordinator you must submit:

• The fillable PDF cover sheet of personal information (found in application).
• A current resume.
• A cover letter for the position, for which guidance is provided below.

Cover letter purpose and format:

The purpose of a cover letter is to introduce yourself, highlight pieces of your resume that relate to the position, and express your interest in and motivations for working with the program. Cover letters are essential components of many academic and professional application processes; the HPC Coordinator application provides an opportunity for you to develop cover letter writing skills and demonstrate your written communication skills.

General tips for cover letter writing:

•Communicate clearly.
•Write professionally and proofread for typographical or grammatical errors.
•Use the language of the position description.
•Aim to stay within on page, single-spaced, with three to four paragraphs.

Submission Instructions:
