Chris Burbridge (he/him) is an Assistant Director at the Center for Civic Leadership where he leads assessment strategies around the center's programming and initiatives. Additionally, he supports the Civic Professionalism side of the center, specifically engaging with the Leadership Rice Mentorship Experience (LRME). Prior to Rice, Chris co-lead the strategy, design, planning, and evaluation of community-based programming at BakerRipley while also leading the agency's efforts around Appreciative Inquiry, a strengths-based approach to highlighting community voice via community engagement and inquiry. A Rice alumnus, Chris holds a B.A. in Chemistry and certification from Stanford and IDEO U's Design Schools.
