The Service Awards are a collaboration between the Center for Civic Leadership and the Rice Student Volunteer Program, and are supported by Caring Friends, the Rich Family, and the Alan Grob Endowment.
The Service Awards aim to identify and celebrate students who have a long term commitment to service and civic engagement.
• The Caring Friends Inc Scholarship ($2,500) *Open to undergraduate & graduate students
• The Alan Grob Prize ($4,000) *Open to all undergraduates, including seniors
• The Morty Rich Scholarship (amounts vary, $5,000+) *Open to returning undergraduates only (no seniors)
• The Spirit of Service Award ($200 - $500) *For registered student organizations only
Service Award recipients will be celebrated at the Center for Civic Leadership's Spring Showcase on April 9, 5-7 pm in Grand Hall. Mark your calendar when you apply!
